MATCH REPORT - BILLERICAY TOWN 1 WORTHING 1
RYMAN PREMIER DIVISION SATURDAY 26TH NOVEMBER @ NEW LODGE 3PM ATTENDANCE: 421.
MANAGERS: BILLERICAY TOWN - JUSTIN EDINBURGH, WORTHING - ALAN POOK.

Billericay continued their good home League form with a well deserved point against a strong Worthing side. Worthing started the stronger side and ex-QPR striker Richard Pacquette had the chance to put Worthing in front, but his side footed shot wnet wide. Billericay's chances of taking anything from the game looked bleak when stand in captain Warren Ryan was sent off after 25 mins for an attempted headbutt. Billericay were insensed that provoker Ben Andrews of Worthing didn't follow Ryan for an early bath as he grabbed Ryan by the throat. Richard Pacquette scored immediately for Worthing from a Stafford Browne cross, although Browne was clearly in an offside position when he recieved the ball. One of many decisions the assistant on that side got wrong all day.

Ricky Millard had to twice stop Worthing from taking a two goal lead. Danny Hockton shot could have equlaised when clean through, but Chuck Martini in the Worthing goal saw go just over the bar. A Robin Trott long range shot from a cleared corner after 84 minutes gave 10 man Billericay a point, although it could have been more as Chuck Martini saved well from Tom Poole and Danny Hockton in the closing minutes.
